Albany, N.Y. (WNYT) – Exciting news from WNYT NewsChannel 13! They’ve welcomed Jené Sena to their Lifestyle team. As a Lifestyle Contributor, she’ll join anchors Chris Onorato and Caitlin Irla for the new show, Capital Region Lifestyle.

Jené isn’t new to the scene. She’s a bestselling author of three lifestyle books and a skilled broadcast and print journalist. With over 25 years in media, she advocates for women and children. She began her journey in local news at WNYT in 1999 and is excited to return to where it all started.
“Joining the team feels like coming home,” said Jené. “Creating content for local women and moms like me is a dream come true. I can’t wait to collaborate with such talented journalists.”
Capital Region Lifestyle launches on Monday, June 1. This show aims to educate and inspire with features that highlight local people, businesses, and experiences. Tune in weekdays at 11 a.m. on NewsChannel 13 and check it out on WNYT’s streaming platforms. It will also air on WNYA/My4 at 1 p.m. starting in September.
