2025 RTIH Innovation Awards
This year’s 2025 RTIH Innovation Awards highlighted the exciting world of physical retail. Winners included brands like VoCoVo, Everseen, Sensei, and many more. With a record number of entries, it’s clear that the retail industry continues to adapt and thrive, despite tough times.
The awards ceremony took place on October 16th at The HAC in Central London. It was a sold-out event filled with a drinks reception, a three-course meal, and an awards presentation led by comedian Tiff Stevenson.
Scott Thompson, the founder of RTIH, reflected on the event’s growth. “We started with just 30 people a few years ago,” he shared. “Now, we are in our biggest venue with the highest number of entries yet.” This year’s submissions were impressive, showcasing innovative ideas in both traditional and digital retail.
It’s worth noting that physical retail is navigating significant changes, especially with technology shaping customer experiences. According to a recent survey, 42% of shoppers prefer in-store experiences because they value the personal touch and immediate satisfaction. Retailers are using new tech to enhance this experience, from smart shelves to AI-driven customer service.
In a world where shopping habits are shifting rapidly, these awards shine a light on what works. Online shopping has surged, especially post-pandemic, but there’s still a strong desire for face-to-face interactions. Successful retailers are finding ways to blend both worlds, creating seamless experiences for their customers.
Congratulations to all the winners! It’s exciting to see such creativity and resilience in retail today. For more details on all the shortlisted entries, you can visit the RTIH website.
