The streamer celebrated its growing collection of popular Korean shows. One standout announcement was the drama Perfect Crown, set to launch in 2026. It stars the beloved duo, IU and Byeon Woo-seok. The series is a romantic comedy that takes place in a modern Korea with a constitutional monarchy. It follows Grand Prince Wan, who finds himself caught in family power struggles. Under pressure to marry, he enters a marriage of convenience with Heeju, the heir to a major Korean business. Their plans, however, take unexpected turns.

Also on the horizon is The Remarried Empress, a lavish royal drama. It’s one of the most expensive Korean dramas Disney+ has ever produced, featuring stunning settings and costumes, and directed by Cho Su-won.
In addition to these stories, Disney+ is bringing out The Manipulated, an action-packed drama starring Ji Chang-wook and Doh Kyung-soo. Viewers can also look forward to Battle of Fates, which pits fortune-tellers against each other in a unique competition.
