Exciting News: Samsung Set to Unveil the Moohan Headset Next Week!

Samsung is gearing up to unveil more about its Project Moohan mixed reality headset. They’ve scheduled a “Worlds Wide Open” Galaxy event for October 21st at 10 PM ET. During this event, they promise exciting details about the new device.

This headset will run on Android XR, a mixed reality platform developed collaboratively by Samsung, Google, and Qualcomm. According to Samsung, it is tailored to adapt to various devices and places AI at the core of daily immersive experiences. My colleague, Victoria Song, had the chance to test the headset and Android XR in late 2024. Now, almost a year later, it looks like Samsung is ready for a full launch.
