Nick Ruffner, the Public Affairs Director at Sheetz, expressed enthusiasm about expanding into East Lansing. “We’ve had a great response in metro Detroit, and we can’t wait to bring the Sheetz experience to Spartan Country,” he said.
The new store is expected to create 30 to 35 jobs, primarily full-time positions, complete with competitive pay and solid benefits. This move reflects Sheetz’s commitment to investing in the community and providing quality service that customers appreciate.
Located at 111 East Saginaw Street, the new Sheetz aims to serve both locals and visitors. According to a recent survey by GasBuddy, convenience stores like Sheetz are increasingly popular, with more than 60% of consumers opting for them for quick meals.
