Exciting News: Tacoborough Food Truck Joins Our Chamber Family!

WESTBOROUGH – Tacoborough, a food truck serving authentic Mexican street food, just marked its first month with a fun ribbon-cutting ceremony on February 25. Co-owners Ramon Gallo and Andres Paulino opened the truck in January, and they are excited about their new venture.

After the ceremony, Ramon expressed his gratitude to the Westborough community for their support, especially given the challenging winter weather.

Tacoborough’s menu features a range of delicious options, including chicken, beef, pork, and veggie tacos, burritos, quesadillas, and tamales. They also offer homemade salsas and guacamole that add a fresh touch to every meal. The food truck, painted in vibrant colors, reflects the lively spirit of Mexican culture.

You can usually find Tacoborough at 49 Otis St. (near Amazon) from Monday to Friday, between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. As spring approaches, they plan to pop up at various locations, including the Westborough Farmers Market and community events. They’re already taking bookings for private gatherings like graduations and weddings.
