The Ministry of Environment, Forests and Climate Change (MoEFCC) is looking for an Associate (Legal) for its Gandhinagar office in Gujarat. This is a contract position.

Job Details:

• Title: Associate (Legal)
• Vacancies: 1
• Salary: ₹40,000 per month
• Age Limit: Up to 50 years

Qualifications:

• You need a Bachelor’s degree in law (LL.B.) from a recognized university or institute in India, approved by the Bar Council of India.
• You should have 1 to 2 years of experience and be enrolled as an advocate with the Bar Council of India or any state Bar council.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience handling cases related to environment, forestry, biodiversity, or wildlife in government settings.
• A diploma or certificate specializing in these fields from a recognized institution.
• Candidates who scored over 60% in their LL.B. will be given preference, as well as those who completed a full-time LL.B. or have LL.M. degrees with similar scores.
