Exciting Team Update: Get Ready for Upcoming Events and Policy Changes!

Hello, Heroes of Arkesia,

We’ve noticed plenty of conversation in the community lately. Let’s take a moment to clarify our view on bussing and our upcoming changes. We’ll start with the exciting updates coming your way and then discuss how we’re improving the party-finder tool.

February Updates

Wildsoul and Progression Events

The new Wildsoul class is launching soon, accompanied by some fun progression events. Get ready for a South Kurzan Powerpass and the latest Mokoko Express event, plus another surprise event focused on Advanced Honing. New class releases often bring back familiar faces, and we want to make sure everyone feels welcomed.

Mokoko Bootcamp

To help players learn and improve their skills, we’re reintroducing the Mokoko Bootcamp Event. Your feedback from the last event was invaluable and will guide our improvements this time around. While we’re exploring ways to make this a permanent feature, for now, it’ll cater to players who have not logged in or created a new account in the last 60 days and are under Item Level 1670. The bootcamp will run for a few months and offer fresh rewards, including the “Mokoko Legion Commander” title. We are also enhancing the rewards based on your suggestions. Although this event won’t feature a Relic Engraving Selector, don’t worry—there will be one available in the February update. We hope these new items will boost your gameplay experience.

We look forward to this event helping newcomers and returning players dive into the game, and we will keep an eye on your feedback to shape the future of the Mokoko Bootcamp.

Party Finder Policy Changes

As we prioritize support for returning players, we will no longer allow bussing promotions within the party-finder tool. Our aim is to create a more enjoyable experience for players to connect, learn, and grow together, especially during the Mokoko Bootcamp.

For the first two weeks starting February 18, players who breach this new policy will face a 15-minute suspension as a warning. Repeat offenses will escalate to longer suspensions. After the two-week period, the initial suspension for violations will start at one day.

Bussing in Lost Ark is risky. Accepting gold, items, or materials from others comes with potential consequences, including penalties for receiving questionable materials. Verification can be tricky, and players might need to appeal decisions with evidence.

Also, a reminder that providing piloting services is a severe violation and can lead to permanent bans.

Thank you for your passion and feedback. Your voice matters in shaping the future of Lost Ark. We’re excited for the Wildsoul launch, new events, and the Mokoko Bootcamp return, all aimed at enhancing your gameplay experience in Arkesia.
