Exclusive First Look: Unveiling Hasbro’s Exciting ‘Mandalorian and Grogu’ Action Figures!

Much about the next Star Wars movie remains a mystery, especially since we haven’t seen much from The Mandalorian and Grogu since its teaser trailer released five months ago. However, one thing is certain: a new Star Wars film brings new action figures. Hasbro is gearing up for an exciting launch.

In just a couple of months, Hasbro will kick off its merchandise for The Mandalorian and Grogu with an impressive lineup in its six-inch Black Series. Fans can expect a deluxe set featuring the iconic Mandalorian, Din Djarin, and Grogu. Priced at $35, this set includes plenty of gear: Din’s backpack, a blaster pistol, a new rifle, a small knife, and even a short sword. While it’s not the Darksaber, it should be just as effective in action.

To complement Din’s gear, Hasbro is also releasing figures of the Imperial Remnant—those remnants of the Empire trying to hold on. A new Remnant Stormtrooper and a Remnant AT-AT Driver will join the lineup, showcasing updated designs with weathered paint to reflect their tough times in the galaxy. The AT-AT Driver will come with a blaster pistol while the Stormtrooper will feature an E-11 rifle and customizable accessories like a removable pauldron.

There’s more! A new trooper design, the Remnant AT-RT driver, blends features from Snow Troopers and Shore Troopers, giving them a unique look. Additionally, Target will feature an exclusive version of the standard Remnant Stormtrooper, complete with mismatched arm and leg plating.

Among the new figures is New Republic Colonel Ward, played by Sigourney Weaver. Dressed in an X-Wing pilot suit, she will come with a removable helmet. That’s it for accessories, but let’s be honest—who wouldn’t want an action figure of Sigourney Weaver?

All these figures are set to release in spring, leading up to the movie premiere on May 22. Fans eager for a sneak peek can grab “First Edition” variants of the main figures a bit earlier on March 22, available exclusively at select retailers. This edition features special packaging, but the figures remain the same, allowing fans to get a taste of the upcoming film.

This new collection taps into a wave of nostalgia while inviting new fans to join the Star Wars universe. Social media buzz has already begun, with fans sharing their excitement and theories about the upcoming film. With Star Wars consistently captivating audiences for decades, it’s clear that the saga continues to evolve while staying connected to its roots.
