Experience Luxury Redefined: Kimpton’s Exciting New Desert Resort Coming to Scottsdale’s Paradise Valley

Kimpton Miralina Resort & Villas Coming to Paradise Valley, Arizona

Exciting news for travelers: Kimpton is set to open its first luxury resort in Paradise Valley, Arizona, in early 2026. This oasis will feature a complete makeover of an existing 42-acre retreat, nestled between the Camelback and Mummy Mountains.

Located near Old Town Scottsdale, Kimpton Miralina Resort & Villas aims to redefine desert hospitality. With over 400 rooms, suites, and villas, the design will reflect the beauty of the surrounding landscape. The resort will also offer 50,000 square feet of event space, perfect for both corporate gatherings and social events.

For those looking for relaxation or adventure, the resort will provide two tennis courts, a modern fitness center, and proximity to hiking trails. Guests can unwind at six swimming pools or indulge in spa treatments. Special touches will enhance the stay, including complimentary bike rentals and in-room yoga mats.

Dining will be a highlight, featuring four food and beverage venues developed with the lifestyle hospitality group sbe. This partnership promises a modern restaurant with a celebrated chef at the helm.

Leanne Harwood from IHG Hotels & Resorts emphasizes the importance of this new location. She notes that suburban Phoenix is rapidly growing, making it a prime spot for both business and leisure travelers seeking to connect with nature.

The resort is jointly owned by Partners Group and Trinity Investments, marking a significant addition to their luxury portfolios. Managed by Highgate, which oversees over 400 properties worldwide, Kimpton Miralina is poised for success.

This new venture adds to Kimpton’s expanding presence, joining other luxury properties in the U.S., like the Kimpton Hotel Palomar in downtown Phoenix. In total, Kimpton aims to grow to nearly 150 properties globally.

With this new resort, Kimpton not only enhances its portfolio but also aims to create a unique experience that resonates with both guests and the local community. To learn more, visit IHG or Miralina Resort.
