Randy Travis is hitting the road again with his More Life Tour in 2025! He’ll be at the Lobero Theatre on Wednesday, February 12, at 7:30 p.m. After a successful run in 2024, Randy, along with his original band and special guest James Dupré, is set to deliver a fantastic show for fans everywhere.
Even though Randy can’t sing after his stroke in 2013, he’ll still be on stage, sharing moments with his wife Mary and engaging with the audience. James Dupré and the band will perform all of Randy’s greatest hits, including classics like “On the Other Hand,” “Forever and Ever, Amen,” and “Three Wooden Crosses.”
Randy shares his thoughts on the tour, saying it’s a gift to connect with his fans and celebrate his music. James Dupré has expressed his excitement as well, calling it an honor to tour with Randy and connect with his fans.
The More Life Tour began in June at the historic Ryman Auditorium, following the release of Randy’s new single, “Where That Came From.” Thanks to AI technology, this was his first new recording in over ten years, and it made a splash on the Billboard Country Airplay chart.
Randy Travis is a country music legend. He has sold over 25 million records and was inducted into the Country Music Hall of Fame in 2016. He’s been a Grand Ole Opry member since 1986 and has won numerous awards, including seven GRAMMYs and eleven Academy of Country Music Awards. His discography features 23 No. 1 singles, and he’s appeared in various films and TV shows.
Outside of music, Randy has been recognized for his support of U.S. troops and received the Bob Hope Entertainment Award. His journey of recovery after his stroke has been inspiring, showing his determination to overcome challenges. In 2019, he published his memoir, Forever and Ever, Amen, and he was honored as the CMT Artist of a Lifetime in 2021.
