Exciting News: Little C Returns to Crustacean Beverly Hills!
After a hugely successful launch, the Vietnamese street food pop-up “Little C” is back at Crustacean Beverly Hills for a limited time, from June 10 to 15. This popular eatery, led by Executive Chef Helene An and the An family, will open reservations on June 6 at 5:00 p.m. Visit crustaceanbh.com/little-c to secure your spot.
During lunch hours, Little C will serve a modern twist on traditional Vietnamese dishes, focusing on phở and other street-inspired delights. Since its initial launch, demand has been through the roof, showcasing the love for flavorful, authentic cuisine.
The last pop-up featured three unique phở options alongside a DIY roasted duck roll, crispy Banh Hoi wrapped tiger prawns, and tantalizing calamari. Each dish was paired with incredible sauces that brought out vibrant flavors. Drinks included a refreshing Lime Soda Chan made with Song Cai Floral Gin, Yuzu, and Mint, as well as a Cafe Co Ba served in a young coconut, combining cold brew Vietnamese coffee and coconut milk—perfect for a hot day.
With such high interest, the restaurant is reserving spots for the first 40 parties. After those slots are filled, more seats will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. This approach not only caters to eager diners but also speaks to the success of similar concepts, reflecting a growing trend of immersive dining experiences in the food scene.
According to a recent survey by the National Restaurant Association, 73% of consumers appreciate unique dining experiences that showcase different cultures. This data underlines the rising popularity of innovative food events like Little C, which connects diners to authentic flavors while creating a vibrant atmosphere.
