Parker’s Kitchen is rolling out new self-checkout tech from NCR Voyix Corp. at 62 locations, with more planned for the future.

This partnership aims to boost customer service by making the checkout process quicker and more efficient.

“With NCR Voyix self-checkouts, we can assist several customers simultaneously, speeding up the checkout process,” explained Scott Smith, senior director of IT at Parker’s Kitchen.

These self-checkouts offer various payment options, making it easier for customers while also improving Parker’s operational efficiency.

“Parker’s Kitchen is changing how convenience stores operate by meeting customer needs for fresh food, drink options, and convenient gifts—all while integrating technology for a seamless shopping experience,” said Eric Schoch, executive vice president at NCR Voyix.

NCR Voyix, based in Atlanta, provides digital solution tools for retail and food service businesses, helping them improve their operations.

“Our self-checkout tech will help Parker’s Kitchen enhance service and streamline processes,” Schoch added.
