Explore the Fall Food Truck Schedule: South Seattle College Culinary Students Serve Up Delicious Eats!

The South Seattle College food truck is back this fall, thanks to a generous donation from Marination in 2023. Culinary Arts students will showcase their skills by serving a variety of delicious dishes inspired by their own cultures and family traditions.

As part of their training, these students design the truck’s concept, create the menu, and work together to run the operation. Their hands-on experience aims to prepare them for careers in the food industry—whether as chefs or small business owners.

The food truck, affectionately named the “Otter Pop-up,” features upgraded cooking gear and an inviting new design. It’s located in the lively Clock Tower Plaza, making it a popular spot for students, staff, and community members to gather and enjoy good food.

Fall Quarter 2025 Schedule:
