Explore the Future of Aviation: AAI’s Highlights from the 44th India International Trade Fair 2025

The Airports Authority of India (AAI) grabbed attention at the 44th India International Trade Fair (IITF) 2025, held at Bharat Mandapam in New Delhi. Their pavilion, themed “Ek Bharat, Shrestha Bharat,” offered an exciting look into India’s aviation journey.

Located in Hall 1G, the AAI pavilion featured a stunning LED archway with modern aviation graphics. As visitors entered, they experienced twin anamorphic display walls showcasing AAI’s growth, airport upgrades, and infrastructure changes across the nation.

A key highlight was the interactive touch kiosks. Guests could explore AAI’s major projects, like the UDAN regional connectivity scheme and Startup Policy, along with India’s Air Connectivity Map. A dynamic digital flipbook presented Indian airports as not just transport hubs but also cultural landmarks.

For added enjoyment, AAI included an “Air Quiz” for aviation fans and a fun AI-powered Selfie Zone where visitors could take on digital avatars of various aviation roles, such as pilots and air hostesses. There was also a Briefing Zone, which offered interactive sessions for students and media on AAI’s initiatives and future goals.

One standout feature was the Live ATC Demonstration. This offered visitors a chance to see real-time air traffic communication, highlighting the precision needed to manage India’s busy airspace.

As a leader in India’s civil aviation, AAI focuses on innovation and improving airport facilities. Their presence at IITF 2025 showcases their commitment to using technology for sustainable growth. According to recent reports, the civil aviation sector in India is expected to grow substantially in the coming years, reflecting the government’s vision for a developed nation by 2047.

The IITF runs from November 14 to 27, 2025, and AAI’s pavilion is set to be a major attraction, demonstrating how aviation plays a vital role in national growth and connectivity.
