Built by the Integral Coach Factory in Chennai, this modern train covers a distance of 532 km in just 6 hours and 35 minutes. It operates daily, except on Wednesdays. Along the way, it stops at eight key stations: Patna Saheb, Bakhtiyarpur, Mokama, Luckeesarai, Jasidih, Jamtara, Asansol, and Durgapur.
Timing is also important. The train departs Patna at 8:00 AM, arriving in Howrah at 2:35 PM. On the return journey, it leaves Howrah at 3:50 PM, getting back to Patna by 10:40 PM.
Ticket prices are reasonable, with the AC Chair Car costing ₹1,515 and the Executive AC chair priced at ₹2,735. This pricing is a boon for travelers seeking comfort without straining their budgets.
