Dirty Mo Media is setting off on an exciting journey with its new podcast, This Cowboy Life. Founded by Dale Earnhardt Jr., the company is branching out beyond its NASCAR roots. The podcast, led by rodeo veterans Jerome and Tiffany Davis, will debut on June 24.
The show kicks off with a three-part documentary that tells the Davis family’s story. It will then shift gears to a weekly talk format, exploring themes like rodeo culture, ranch life, and the Carolina Cowboys. Taping at Davis Rodeo Ranch in Archdale, North Carolina, This Cowboy Life aims to create a strong presence in the western entertainment landscape.
Mike Davis, President of Dirty Mo Media, shared his thoughts on the venture. He noted, “There’s a significant overlap between NASCAR fans and rodeo fans. We see This Cowboy Life not just as a one-time project but as the beginning of something much bigger.” This approach may help the company connect with fans of both sports.
While the podcast marks a new direction, the full scope of Dirty Mo Media’s investment in western content remains unclear. Currently, This Cowboy Life stands as the only project outside of racing in their portfolio. There’s no official partnership with the Professional Bull Riders (PBR) or other organizations yet.
This launch could signal a strategic shift for Dirty Mo Media. Many companies are exploring new avenues lately, such as All The Smoke Productions and Bussin’ With The Boys. If successful, there may be more expansions in this genre.
Interestingly, the PBR was acquired by TKO Holdings in early 2025. This organization also manages well-known brands like WWE and UFC. If This Cowboy Life attracts a solid audience, it might lead to deeper partnerships and expansion within the western entertainment sector.
In today’s rapidly changing media landscape, the demand for fresh perspectives is growing. Podcasts like This Cowboy Life could fill a gap for enthusiasts who crave genuine stories and personalities. With their unique blend of rodeo life and personal experiences, Jerome and Tiffany Davis are set to resonate with listeners.
