PITTSBURGH — The Steelers are moving to the next stage in their search for a head coach. On Tuesday, Brian Flores, the defensive coordinator from the Vikings, kicked things off with an in-person interview.
Next up is Mike McCarthy, a familiar name in Pittsburgh who has a Super Bowl win under his belt. He’s expected to meet with the team on Wednesday. Anthony Weaver, the Dolphins’ defensive coordinator, will have his interview on Friday.
The Steelers have also held virtual interviews with several candidates, including Klay Kubiak from the 49ers, Chris Shula from the Rams, Jesse Minter from the Chargers, and Ejiro Evero from the Panthers.
