In his new role, Shane will manage all business operations across Foley’s sports and hospitality ventures. This includes luxury hotels like MacArthur Place and Farmhouse Inn in Sonoma County, Hotel Les Mars in Healdsburg, and the iconic Hotel Californian in Santa Barbara. Shane’s leadership will also guide FEG’s strategy toward a brand transformation in 2025.

Shane Green hails from New Zealand and carries a rich background in hospitality. He has made his mark with famous brands like The Ritz-Carlton, the NBA, and MGM Resorts. His impressive experience includes launching the Cosmopolitan and Fontainebleau hotels in Las Vegas, as well as projects in St. Tropez and Australia.
He has also created substantial change in customer experiences through his global training company, SGEi, and his book *Culture Hacker*. Both initiatives are known for transforming hospitality approaches worldwide.
