Indulge Global emerged from our existing business. We noticed clients texting us on WhatsApp for help with bookings and travel. This highlighted the need for a more organized system, so we created a specialized platform. With a skilled team, we provided smooth services, and clients quickly adopted this WhatsApp convenience, leading us to develop a membership model.
Can you share a standout success story?
One of our notable moments was assisting a client in Bali who had a medical emergency late at night. He needed to return to Lucknow urgently. Within hours, we arranged a private charter, costing around Rs 70-75 lakh. Despite the urgency, we handled it all smoothly, earning the client’s lifelong trust.
How do you customize your services for different luxury lifestyles?
We prioritize understanding our clients’ unique needs. From fine dining to bespoke travel plans, our expert team ensures personalized and seamless experiences. Refining our model over the years has allowed us to cater specifically to diverse luxury preferences.
Why did you pitch on ‘Shark Tank India’ and what was the experience like?
We received an invitation from the ‘Shark Tank’ team and saw it as a unique opportunity to gain exposure. Unlike traditional media, this platform allowed us to present our innovative idea to a broader audience. The experience provided valuable insights and feedback.
What feedback stood out during your pitch?
Our concept resonated well, though many needed a clearer understanding of luxury concierge services as they are still new in India. One Shark mentioned they wouldn’t personally use our service, but we believe, like food delivery apps, our service will gradually become part of daily life for many. The key takeaway was recognizing the potential of Indulge Global among high-net-worth individuals.
How has being on ‘Shark Tank’ influenced your brand and growth?
The response has been amazing! Viewers are split between those who see our service’s value and those who are skeptical. However, even skeptics note the market potential. This has significantly raised our brand visibility and led to more inquiries.
What challenges has Indulge Global faced?
Building a luxury brand presents unique challenges. Our niche market doesn’t respond well to traditional advertising. Establishing trust takes time. Unlike a product, our service relies heavily on relationships and credibility, which can be built through patience and persistence.
What are your plans for growth, especially regarding technology and global expansion?
We aim to boost efficiency with technology. We’re developing AI solutions to streamline operations while keeping the personal touch. With a presence in 18 countries, we recognize the immense potential for further expansion. Technology will play a vital role in scaling our services seamlessly.
What lessons have you learned in the luxury space?
People come first. Strong relationships are essential, whether with clients or our team. While technology is vital, the human connection is irreplaceable. Our focus is on simplicity; luxury is all about convenience, and we strive to meet our clients’ needs effortlessly.

Social media plays a crucial role in educating potential clients. Word-of-mouth and references have been effective for us. Our appearance on ‘Shark Tank’ expanded our reach, and we actively use digital platforms to grow our presence.
Any advice for aspiring entrepreneurs in luxury services?
Patience is key. Many expect quick success, but building trust takes time. Unlike mass markets, luxury services thrive on personalized experiences and relationships. Focus on long-term growth rather than quick wins.
What does the future look like for Indulge Global?
We are optimistic. While we’re cautious about rapid expansion, we have ambitious international growth plans. Our aim is to refine our model and establish ourselves as a leading luxury concierge brand globally.
