We didn’t get an Elena teaser this week, but Capcom surprised us by announcing that Street Fighter 6 will be on the Nintendo Switch 2. This is exciting news for fans!
While we haven’t seen her in action yet, we do have our first glimpse of Elena’s character render thanks to the Nintendo Switch 2 announcement materials. She was also prominently featured on the new cover art for the upcoming Street Fighter Years 1-2 Fighters Edition.
In the trailer, you can spot Elena about 1 minute and 15 seconds in, alongside the rest of the cast. Additionally, the SF6 Switch 2 website shared the same artwork of her, paired with Mai Shiranui. Although Capcom hasn’t released a detailed image yet, we’re getting a decent idea of her design.
Rumors are swirling about a leaked image of Elena’s Fighting Pass, which has been trending online. Even though we don’t have a confirmed release date, many expect Elena to arrive in May, possibly after the start of the Capcom Pro Tour 2025 at Evo Japan 2025. Fans are hoping for a teaser in April, showcasing her appearance in World Tour mode before her gameplay trailer drops.
