Daybreak Game Company and developer Game Jawn have exciting news: they’re releasing EverQuest Legends, a fresh take on the classic EverQuest from 1999. This game will launch in July 2026, with a closed beta test kicking off in April.
EverQuest and its sequel, EverQuest II, have evolved a lot over the 27 years since they debuted. EverQuest Legends aims to bring back some of that original charm while adding modern touches. Eda Spause, founder of Game Jawn and a long-time EverQuest player, expressed her excitement as well. “Collaborating on a project tied to a game I love has been surreal. We can’t wait to bring our unique touch to EverQuest.”

The game will spotlight the content of Antonia and include all original playable races, complete with the iconic art style and music that fans remember. Interestingly, over 15 races and 560 class combinations will enhance the experience, allowing players to create truly unique characters.
