Get Ready for SM Entertainment’s Exciting 30th Anniversary Album Launch Next Month!

SM Entertainment is celebrating its 30th anniversary with a special album titled “2025 SM Town: The Culture, The Future,” set to release on February 14. This marks the first SM Town album in over two years, following the 2022 Winter album.

The new album features 17 tracks, including “Thank You,” a collaborative anthem by various SM artists. It also brings back beloved K-pop classics, now reinterpreted by the current stars of SM. For instance, Kangta from H.O.T. delivers a fresh take on S.E.S.’s hit “Just a Feeling,” while BoA pays homage to SHINee’s Jonghyun with “End of a Day.” TVXQ will perform a new version of Red Velvet’s “Psycho,” and other artists have also joined in.

Super Junior offers their rendition of Shinhwa’s “I Pray 4 U,” and Girls’ Generation revives The Grace’s “My Everything.” EXO takes on H.O.T.’s classic “Git It Up!” Meanwhile, Red Velvet brings back “Run Devil Run,” and NCT 127 gives a fresh twist to Hyun Jin-young’s “You In Vague Memory.” NCT Dream reinterprets EXO’s “Love Me Right,” while WayV covers “Juliette” from SHINee and aespa adds their flair to f(x)’s “Rum Pum Pum Pum.” Additionally, Riize will share their rendition of TVXQ’s “Hug,” and NCT Wish covers Super Junior’s “Miracle,” with Naevis reimagining BoA’s “Game.”

SM’s subsidiary labels put their spin on iconic tracks too. ScreaM Records reworked SHINee’s “View” into a dance track, and SM Classics gave BoA’s “My Name” a jazzy twist.

The promotional activities kicked off on January 8 with Riize’s version of “Hug.” Fans were treated to the music video for the main track “Thank You” during the “SM Town Live 2025” concert in Seoul, where several songs from the album were performed live for the first time.
