JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – The North Florida track and field team is geared up for the RADD Sports Collegiate Invitational this weekend, taking place from February 24-25 at the Alachua County Sports Center in Gainesville, Florida. This marks their second trip to Gainesville this season, following a successful outing last weekend where Smilla Kolbe and William Owens set new program records in the mile and 200m events.
This weekend will also be special as it’s the team’s first two-day event of the season. They previously competed only on the first day during the Jimmy Carnes Invitational on January 17. Expect a full squad to hit the track on both Friday and Saturday for a mix of exciting events.
