The Central Washington University (CWU) track and field team is ready to compete at the Riverfront Invitational this weekend, from February 5 to February 7, at The Podium in Spokane, Washington. Coming off strong performances at the UW Invitational and Mile City Meet, the Wildcats are in great form.

Competing at The Podium always brings back good memories. It’s a chance to test our limits in multi-day events. Competition Overview:
Day one kicks off with the men’s heptathlon 60 meters at noon, followed by the women’s pentathlon hurdles. The day wraps with the women’s pentathlon 800 meters in the evening.
Friday starts at 11:00 a.m. with more heptathlon events, finishing up with the men’s distance medley relay. On Saturday, the competition opens with women’s shot put and wraps with the men’s 4×400-meter relay at 4:55 p.m.
