The authorities has set a goal of distributing 2.19 crore property playing cards underneath the Swamitva scheme to legalize properties in rural India and make them the premise of financial growth. Vivek Bhardwaj, Secretary, Ministry of Panchayati Raj, mentioned that this scheme will assist in giving rights to their property to the people in rural areas and making it helpful for taking loans from the financial institution.

On December 27, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will distribute 58 lakh property playing cards in 50,000 villages in 12 states and union territories. So far, the federal government has issued 1.37 crore property playing cards underneath the Swamitva scheme.
