Pope Francis recently shared a heartfelt message thanking everyone who has been praying for his recovery. He expressed his appreciation for the support he has felt since being admitted to the hospital 21 days ago.

In a message recorded in Spanish, he said, “I thank you with all my heart for the prayers you offer for my health from St. Peter’s Square. I accompany you from here. May God bless you, and may the Virgin protect you. Thank you.”
His message was broadcast in St. Peter’s Square just before the Rosary prayer, led by Cardinal Ángel Fernández Artime. This gathering has brought thousands of believers together in prayer since February 24. They joined the Cardinals and others from the Roman Curia and the Diocese of Rome to pray for the Pope, who is receiving treatment for pneumonia at Gemelli Hospital.
The prayers and support from the community show a deep bond and care for the Pope during this challenging time. As the world watches, many continue to lift their voices in hope for his swift recovery.
People are united in faith and love, all focused on bringing healing and strength to Pope Francis.
