Harry Styles Shatters Berlin Marathon: Finishes in Under 3 Hours!

Harry Styles has been up to quite a bit lately, and it’s not just about music. Recently, he took on the Berlin Marathon, joining around 55,000 other runners in this challenging event. According to the Associated Press, he ran under the name Sted Sarandos, sporting a headband and sunglasses.

He finished the 26.2-mile race in an impressive two hours, 59 minutes, and 13 seconds. This means he ran each mile at an average of about 6:50, which is nearly a minute faster than his previous marathon in Tokyo, where he completed it in three hours and 24 minutes. In that race, he finished at 6,010th place.

At the end of the Berlin Marathon, Styles paused to take a photo with Richard Whitehead, a two-time gold medalist in the 200 meters at the Paralympics.

In the days leading up to the marathon, fans spotted Styles training in Berlin and London. Since finishing his Love on Tour in July 2023, he has kept things low-key. He’s been seen doing everything from watching the Pope’s swearing-in to trying (and failing) to help a woman parallel park in New York City.

Despite all his adventures, fans are eager to see him back in the studio. It’s been over three years since his last album, Harry’s House, and two years since his final Love on Tour show. Many are excitedly discussing his next musical project, though no official updates have been announced yet.

Marathon running is gaining popularity across the globe, with events often attracting thousands of participants. A recent report noted that marathons have increased by nearly 50% in the last decade. This surge in interest reflects a growing trend in fitness and personal challenges, encouraging people to set goals and push their limits.

As Styles continues to balance his running with his music career, many will be watching to see what he does next, both on and off the stage. The combination of athleticism and artistry is an inspiring reminder that it’s possible to pursue multiple passions at once.
