Paul “Bonehead” Arthurs, the guitarist of legendary rock band Oasis, has shared that he will step back from the current tour due to his battle with prostate cancer. He made this announcement via an Instagram post, revealing his diagnosis earlier this year.

At 60, Arthurs expressed that he’s responding well to treatment, which allowed him to participate in the Oasis Live ‘25 Tour. However, he needs to take a break for further care, missing upcoming shows in Seoul, Tokyo, Melbourne, and Sydney. He remains hopeful about returning in November for the South American leg of the tour.

“I’m really sad to miss these shows, but I feel good and will be back ready to go in time for South America,” he said, encouraging fans to enjoy the concerts in his absence.
