Today, Dr. Alexander Stubb, President of Finland, met with India’s President Droupadi Murmu at Rashtrapati Bhavan. Their conversation highlighted the strong bond between their countries.

Both leaders discussed sustainability. Finland is recognized for its clean technologies, while India has made strides in climate initiatives like expanding solar and wind energy, and promoting clean hydrogen. President Murmu highlighted India’s LiFE Mission, promoting sustainable lifestyles. She emphasized that together, India’s green innovations and Finland’s expertise could show that economic growth and sustainability go hand in hand.
According to a recent report from the International Renewable Energy Agency, renewable energy jobs are expected to grow globally, highlighting the urgency of international collaboration in sustainable tech. This partnership could lead the way toward a greener future for both nations.
