Utah Valley University (UVU) is facing a $1 million lawsuit from the Western Athletic Conference (WAC). The conflict stems from UVU’s decision to leave the WAC for the Big West Conference. In doing so, UVU allegedly stopped paying the exit fee laid out in the conference bylaws.
