How the ‘Stargate’ Phenomenon is Revolutionizing Global Tech and Industrial Stocks

When Trump became president, tech and industrial stocks saw a big jump in value.

On Wednesday, he unveiled a large investment plan for artificial intelligence called “Gateway to the Stars.” This initiative might reach up to $500 billion. Notable contributors include SoftBank, OpenAI, and Oracle.

This ambitious project instantly pushed global tech and industrial stocks higher. The Nasdaq 100 index, driven by tech stocks, soared, and the S&P 500 set a new record.

In the U.S. stock market, Oracle’s stock jumped over 9.5% before settling at around 6.75%.

Other AI-focused companies, such as NVIDIA and Broadcom, also saw gains between 2% and 7%.

Microsoft also gained more than 4%.

In Europe, many related stocks reached all-time highs. Schneider Electric, for example, grew by 3.4% on the Paris stock exchange.

Prysmian, an Italian cable maker, also saw a 3.4% rise.

Siemens Energy and ABB, which provide power solutions for AI, climbed by 6.5% and 3.8%, respectively. Angelo Meda, a stock expert, mentioned:

“These companies are benefiting from trends like electrification and AI, making them attractive investments.”

In Asia, SoftBank’s stock soared by 11%, with trading volume hitting five times the previous day. Reports say Masayoshi Son will lead the “Stargate” program.

On the same day, many A-share stocks related to computing power thrived. Sectors like liquid cooling and data centers led the gains, with stocks such as Industrial Fulian and Huamai Technology reaching their limits.
