A little over three years ago, Anna and Chris Regber made a bold move. They traded Berlin’s hustle for sunny Sydney, seeking a slower, more outdoor lifestyle. With their two kids in tow, they decided to start fresh on the other side of the world.

When it was finally time to share Schorle with the world, Anna used social media to promote it. “It was a lot of late-night posts, but once people tried it, they understood,” she said. The initial marketing was grassroots; it relied heavily on free tastings and personal connections.
Slowly, curiosity turned into brand loyalty. They created a strong base of repeat customers, many of whom asked for their favorite flavors by name. Some memorable moments for Anna and Chris included seeing their first cans roll off the production line and getting shelf space in major stores like Woolworths.
Schorle is unique. It’s made from cold-pressed juice—never from concentrate—with sparkling water and no added sugars. It’s fresh and made entirely from Australian ingredients, setting it apart in a crowded market. Their standout flavor?
