My visit to the Buckeyes impressed me. Their state-of-the-art facilities and top athletes are amazing, but it’s the sense of community that stood out. I realized I need others in my fitness journey. Whether it’s joining a run group or grabbing a gym buddy, the motivation from being part of a team can enhance both mood and performance.
