Today’s practice focused on critical passing situations, pushing both the offense and defense to step up their game. Players faced pressure on 2nd and long and 3rd down, setting the stage for some exciting plays.

The action kicked off early. Russell Wilson made a strong throw on a flag route to Darius Slayton, but Dru Phillips was quick to knock it away with a single hand.
