The overarching Board aims to include leaders from countries like the UK, Hungary, Argentina, and Egypt, among others. So far, only Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban has confirmed his participation, while others are hesitant, seeking more clarity.
Financial contributions have also been a point of interest. Reports indicate that Trump is requesting one billion dollars from countries wanting a seat at the table. Canada’s Mark Carney admitted support for the idea but noted that funding details are not settled.

The UN has warned that around 80% of buildings have been damaged, and many families are struggling without adequate shelter or food during the harsh winter months.
