Jazeera Airways Reconnects India: New Ahmedabad and Thiruvananthapuram Routes Now Live!

Jazeera Airways is back in full swing with its Indian routes, adding Ahmedabad and Thiruvananthapuram to its lineup. This move, part of Project Vande Bharat, strengthens travel connections between Kuwait and India, especially crucial given the current regional dynamics.

For many Indian expatriates in Kuwait, this expanded network is a lifeline. It allows them to visit family, return to work, or make important trips without the stress of limited options. Jazeera Airways already serves major cities like Bengaluru, Chennai, Delhi, Hyderabad, Mumbai, and Kochi, and these new additions cater to growing demand.

Barathan Pasupathi, CEO of Jazeera Airways, remarked on the importance of regaining all eight destinations in India. He noted, “This milestone gets us closer to one of our most important markets. It’s not just about flights; it’s about connecting people to their homes and families. We’re proud to support those who rely on this air bridge, especially being the sole airline offering these connections from Kuwait.”

Since operations resumed on March 20, over 1,300 passengers have already traveled between Kuwait and India. This is significant as travel options are still limited in many areas. The new routes also offer increased capacity during busy travel seasons, like Eid.

Passengers will find an organized check-in process at Kuwait’s designated facility, along with smooth transfers to Qaisumah Airport for their flights. The airline plans to announce more frequencies and destinations soon.

This restoration reflects the ongoing need for connectivity in today’s world. As travel slowly recovers, the demand for accessible routes continues to grow. Many travelers have turned to social media to share their travel experiences, praising Jazeera Airways for making these routes available again.

For further insights, recent statistics show that over 24 million Indians live and work abroad, with many relying on connections like those provided by Jazeera Airways. This trend underscores the importance of reliable travel options for expatriates.
