Your Role
- Develop strategies that prioritize equity in climate adaptation, aligning with both national and international guidelines.
- Promote locally led adaptation across BRAC programs to establish leadership in this area.

- Document best practices from BRAC’s initiatives and share findings to enhance program quality.
- Support partnerships and negotiations relevant to climate adaptation.
- Collaborate on climate finance and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Help develop funding proposals and report on climate initiatives.
- Build knowledge on the connections between adaptation, equity, and climate justice.
- Represent BRAC in key forums to strengthen its role as a leader in climate adaptation.

Qualifications
A Master’s degree in Environmental Sciences, Climate Studies, Economics, or related fields is required. You should have at least 8 years of experience in climate change work.
