Join Henry Lau as He Teams Up with Global Musicians on an Exciting New Stage!

Henry Lau has been busy traveling recently. The talented Canadian singer-songwriter visited Mallorca and Germany to film his new show, Moving Voices. In this musical variety show, he performs on the streets and collaborates with local artists and international stars. Next up, he’s heading to Dubai for the MetaMoon Festival, a celebration of Asian artists.

Known for his work in the K-pop group Super Junior-M, Henry launched his solo career with the hit song Trap in 2013. Besides music, he has acted in various productions, including the American film A Dog’s Journey and the Chinese action-fantasy film Double World. He has also appeared in popular K-dramas such as Oh My Venus and Persevere Goo Hae-ra. Hosting reality shows is a joy for him, especially when they involve music. In Moving Voices, he collaborates with Korean artists like Hwasa from Mamamoo and actress-singer Suzy Bae, along with local musicians, from flamenco dancers to classical buskers.

“It’s all about blending music, fun challenges, and creativity,” Henry shared. He finds it a meaningful experience and enjoys the unique mix of entertainment. The show airs every Saturday on a Korean network, and even though it’s available on YouTube, it has already caught the attention of many fans.

Henry loves performing with various instruments including the piano, violin, drums, and guitar. For him, these variety shows are more than just entertainment; they’re part of who he is and bring him joy and energy.

As filming in Europe wraps up, his next stop is Dubai. The MetaMoon Festival kicks off on February 15 at Al Wasl Plaza in Expo City Dubai, featuring other Asian artists. “I’m really excited,” he exclaimed. “It’ll be my first performance in Dubai, and I can’t wait to meet the fans and feel the city’s energy.”

This festival marks a special occasion not just for Henry but for all participating artists, as it will be their first performance in Dubai. Recently, he also took the stage at the MetaMoon Festival in Brooklyn, where the energy from the crowd left a lasting impression on him. “It was incredible to perform in New York for the first time,” he said. “The audience was amazing, and singing along with them was unforgettable.”
