The countdown to 2026 is on! New York City’s Mayor, Wilson Fisk, will lead the iconic Times Square Ball Drop. Join us to ring in the New Year!
Ceremony: December 31st, 2025, from 20:00 to January 1st, 2026, at 01:00 (NY Local Time). Take part from January 1st to January 3rd, 2026, to earn the in-game “New Year 2026” title.
(Heads up: One hour before and after the ball drop, a certain trickster’s Ultimate Ability will be temporarily disabled.)
Tournaments are Changing!
1. The PlayStation Cup is getting a major upgrade! From January to March 2026, you can enjoy real-time opponent matching. Play until you rack up 3 wins or hit 2 losses. No rank restrictions—grab your PlayStation friends and jump in!

Other items include emotes, a combo bundle, and fresh animations for several heroes like Human Torch and Black Panther. Available from December 26, 2025.
Fixes for a Better Game
1. **Channel Cleanup**: Fixed an issue where player communication continued after matching from Times Square. All clear now!
2. **Hero Adjustments**:
– **Rogue**: Smoother gameplay after fixing lag issues with her Fatal Attraction.
– **Black Widow**: No more disappearing Ultimate Ability during spectator mode.
– **Cloak & Dagger**: Key assignments can now be set separately, eliminating mix-ups.
– **Cloak’s Darkforce**: Targeting issues resolved.
– **Accessory Visibility**: Plush accessories now remain concealed as intended.
For console users, we fixed data display issues between PlayStation and Xbox—your stats are where they should be!
