Cowgirl Celebration
A lively group of debutantes brought a fun twist to their party. The theme? “It’s a Cowgirl Christmas.” Guests received invites shaped like cowboy boots, setting the tone for an evening of style and festivity.
The star girls of the night included Taylor Bienvenu, Betsy Feirn, Gracie Jenkins, Livy Nieset, Tatum Reiss, and Marianne Villere, along with their families. The gathering kicked off at 8 p.m. at the New Orleans Country Club, where everyone wore red dresses, designed by names like Elliatt and Suzanne Perron St. Paul.
Kristen Kain Events perfectly mixed Western charm with holiday spirit. The venue featured wooden walls adorned with wagon wheels and antlers, creating a cozy ranch vibe. Twinkling lights, Christmas trees, and white poinsettias added to the festive feel. A striking ice boot centerpiece made a splash at the bar.
The Bienvenu family was in high spirits, enjoying the beautiful décor with relatives and friends, including siblings and grandparents who came out to celebrate.
The Feirns also enjoyed the festivities. They mingled with family and friends, sharing laughs and making memories. The event featured a Texas-inspired menu, with delicious offerings like caramelized onion tarts, cochon de lait, and a fun nacho bar. And for dessert? S’mores cookies stole the show!
Sister duo Sara Jenkins and her fiancé Patrick Price made their rounds, celebrating Gracie. Guests included a delightful mix of friends and family, highlighting the importance of togetherness during the holiday season.
Amidst the festive cacti and twinkling lights, the Reiss family joined in the celebration. Tatum’s siblings and grandparents added to the warm atmosphere, filling the room with laughter and joy.
The fun carried over into the Dance Hall, which was styled after Nashville’s Graduate Hotel. Crystal chandeliers and a piano backdrop set the stage for a lively evening. The band, The Phunky Monkeys, thrilled guests with a mix of country tunes and popular hits, while cowboy hats bobbed along to the beat.
Mid-Winter Cotillion
Another highlight of the season was the Mid-Winter Cotillion at the New Orleans Country Club. The floral designs by Villere’s Florist added an elegant touch, welcoming the debutantes as they arrived. Leaders of the event included Michael Walshe III and Alex McCall.
The debutantes were presented with their families by board members, creating a special moment that celebrated their introduction to society.
