Join the Excitement: North Allegheny Cheerleading Tryouts 2025 – Unlock Your Cheerleading Dreams!

Are you ready to cheer on your North Allegheny teams? Tryouts for the 2025 cheerleading squad are coming up soon, and there are several important dates to remember.

The middle school open gyms will be held on March 7 and March 21, from 3:30 PM to 5 PM in the NAI Auxiliary Gym. For high school students, open gyms are scheduled for March 4, March 11, and March 18, from 3:30 PM to 5:30 PM, also in the NAI Auxiliary Gym.

Parents, mark your calendars! There will be a meeting on March 18 in the NAI Auditorium. Rising 9th to 12th-grade parents should come at 6 PM, while parents of rising 7th to 8th graders should arrive at 7:15 PM. If you cannot attend, please send an email to Coach Kaylee at kkenz29@gmail.com.

During the parent meeting, important information about tryout materials will be shared. This information will also be available on the website and sent to the contact list gathered at the meeting one week before tryouts.

Tryouts will take place in the NAI Upper Gym. Here are the dates and times:

• April 2:
  • 3 PM – 4:30 PM: Sideline Tryouts (Middle School athletes arrive at 3:30 PM)
  • 4:30 PM – 6 PM: Competition Team Tryouts
• April 3:
  • 3 PM – 4:30 PM: Sideline Tryouts (Middle School athletes arrive at 3:30 PM)
  • 4:30 PM – 6 PM: Competition Team Tryouts
• April 4:
  • 3 PM – 4:30 PM: Sideline Tryouts (Middle School athletes arrive at 3:30 PM)
  • 4:30 PM – 6 PM: Competition Team Tryouts
• April 7:
  • 3 PM: High School tumbling, stunt, and mile evaluations
  • 4:30 PM – 6 PM: Open gym for all athletes
• April 8: Official Middle School Tryout Day
• April 9: Official High School Tryout Day
• April 14: Clothing fitting day in the Ponce room, from 5 PM to 7 PM.
