Food lovers and community supporters should get ready for the 2025 Tampa Bay Food Fight on February 11, from 6 to 9 p.m., at Amalie Arena. This exciting event is in its eighth year and features some of the best chefs from the Tampa Bay area, all coming together for a great cause.

This year’s highlight is guest chef Geoffrey Zakarian, known for his role as an Iron Chef and a judge on “Chopped.” The evening will be hosted by Fox 13 News anchor Haley Hinds and Chef Jeff Philbin, a MasterChef Season 8 finalist.

In the competition, Team Tampa, led by Waylon Nelson of Delaware North and the Tampa Bay Lightning, will face off against Team St. Pete, captained by Lee Aquino of Birchwood and Teak. More than 40 local restaurants will showcase their signature dishes as they compete for the title of “Best of the Bay.” It’s a fantastic opportunity to sample diverse flavors and support a good cause.

You can buy tickets now at TampaBayFoodFight.org. Your ticket includes food and beverages, and the money raised goes to support job training programs at Metropolitan Ministries. Past events have filled up quickly, so it’s wise to grab your tickets early to secure your spot.

This event is not just about great food; it’s also about making a difference in the community. Join us for an unforgettable evening filled with food, fun, and purpose!
