From: Jade Skinner, Director
Elmore County Food Pantry
The Elmore County Food Pantry is excited to announce the return of “A Taste of Elmore County” for its 14th year! Organizers are currently looking for food vendors to showcase their delicious offerings at this beloved community event.
Join us on January 26, 2026, at the Wetumpka Civic Center from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Space is limited, so vendors should act fast to secure their spot.
This event is not just a feast; it’s the Food Pantry’s largest fundraiser. It highlights the diverse culinary scene of Elmore County, featuring local restaurants, food trucks, and specialty food businesses. This is a great chance for residents and visitors to come together, taste amazing food, and support a worthy cause.
We invite local food vendors to bring their best dishes, desserts, and beverages. Participating in this event offers vendors great exposure, opportunities for direct customer interaction, and the potential for future catering gigs. Here’s who we’re looking for:
- Restaurants
- Food trucks
- Caterers
- Bakeries and dessert vendors
- Specialty food and beverage businesses (non-alcoholic)
Last year’s event attracted over 300 attendees, showing just how popular this gathering has become. Many vendors commented on the immediate interest in their products, leading to several catering contracts and new customer relationships.
As we gear up for another successful year, we encourage all interested vendors to register early. For vendor forms and event details, please reach out to Jade Skinner at the Elmore County Food Pantry. You can call her at 334-567-3232 or 334-922-1737. You can also email her at jade@elmorefoodpantry.org.
Let’s make this year’s Taste of Elmore County truly unforgettable!
