Assassin’s Creed Black Flag Resynced is set to launch on July 9 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC. To celebrate, Ubisoft has teamed up with Unsolved Hunts to create an exciting treasure hunt in the Caribbean. They’re offering a chance to find a treasure worth $500,000!
To join this adventure, you’ll need to pay at least $40. The entry fee gets you the Deckhand pack, which includes a digital version of the treasure hunt game. This pack has clues and rules to help you on your quest. If you’re feeling adventurous, you can opt for higher tiers that come with additional goodies. The Pirate Lord tier, for example, costs $229.99 and includes both physical and digital versions of the game, themed items, and even a real gold coin.
The hunt will lead participants through 15 riddles. Ubisoft and Unsolved Hunts estimate that solving these challenges could take up to five years. Only one lucky player will eventually find the treasure, located inside a specially crafted chest. It holds $350,000 in gold coins and a crystal skull valued at $150,000.
