The Edmonds Food Bank is opening its doors for an open house on Sunday, Jan. 26, from 2 to 4 p.m. Everyone in the community is welcome to come, learn about the food bank’s mission, and participate in fun activities.

During the open house, guests can:
- Take a Tour: Discover how the food bank helps nearly 1,000 households each week by providing groceries.
- Volunteer: Join us in bagging rice and beans. Your help makes a difference!
- Donate Food: Bring non-perishable items like canned goods or use our drive-up food donation service.
- Create Community Art: Get creative and contribute to our Community Art Project.
- Learn About Future Plans: Check out designs for our new building and talk with staff about our vision.
Kellie Lewis, the Marketing and Communications Manager, said, “This open house is a fantastic chance for newcomers or those already connected to bring a friend and see what we do.”
The Edmonds Food Bank is located at 828 Caspers St. in Edmonds, WA. We have on-site parking, and we appreciate all donations of non-perishable food like canned goods, rice, beans, and pasta.
Each week, the food bank provides a variety of essential items, including fresh produce and dairy, to support families in need. Our goal is to create a welcoming space where everyone can access nutritious food.
