Join Us This Sunday for an Exciting Women’s Basketball Showdown: Fordham vs. St. Bonaventure!

Bronx, N.Y. – Fordham University’s women’s basketball team returns home this Sunday to face St. Bonaventure at the Rose Hill Gym. The Rams are looking for their first conference win this season after losing 74-50 to Davidson in their last game. Meanwhile, St. Bonaventure comes in with a recent victory over Saint Joseph’s, lifting their record to 3-3 in league play.

The all-time series between Fordham and St. Bonaventure shows a narrow edge for Fordham at 25-22. However, Fordham has been on a winning streak against the Bonnies, claiming victory in the last 12 meetings. Their most recent clash ended in a close 51-49 win for Fordham on January 25, 2025.

This Sunday’s match is the first of two between the teams this season. They’ll meet again next month in Olean, NY, for the regular-season finale.

The Rams excel defensively, allowing opponents to shoot just 38.4%, ranking seventh in the A-10 for field goal percentage defense. They also lead the league with an impressive average of 26.2 bench points per game, placing them 38th nationally.
