According to LaBella, the unscripted scene occurred in May 2023, just a day after she completed a similar scene without issues. In the complaint, she states that additional scenes were added at the last minute, which involved a male actor in a violent act. These changes were not communicated in the call sheet, and there was no intimacy coordinator present. An intimacy coordinator’s role is crucial, especially in scenes involving nudity or simulated sex, as they ensure actors feel safe and comfortable during filming.

LaBella’s allegations state that when Hunt became visibly upset and left the set, she was asked to step in without any preparation. The details of the scene were revealed only after filming began, leading to multiple takes of the uncomfortable scene.
