Central Michigan Football Kicks Off Spring Practice
MOUNT PLEASANT, Mich.—The Central Michigan Football team held its first spring practice on Tuesday at the Indoor Athletic Center. The session lasted about one hour and 45 minutes and featured various drills to hone skills.
The practice began with stretching, followed by individual position drills. Players engaged in open-field tackling and 7-on-7 offense versus defense scenarios. They also ran drills for wide receivers against defensive backs and offensive linemen against defensive linemen, finishing up with special teams exercises.
