Red Bank is gearing up for some fun in the sun with its exciting Food Truck Friday Concert Series, starting on April 11. This lively event will be held every second and fourth Friday of the month from April through June, creating a vibrant community gathering that everyone can enjoy.

Located at Red Bank Park on Redding Road, the event showcases an array of delicious food from local food trucks. On opening night, visitors can savor offerings from Tata’s Grill, Culture-Licious, The Bistro, Fud Vybez, Chubby Vegan, Street Quesadilla, and Clever Creamery. Food will be served from 5:30 PM to 8:30 PM, giving families plenty of time to taste a variety of flavors.
Music lovers will be treated to a live performance by The Essentials, a popular local band known for their mix of classic rock, grunge, southern rock, and a touch of country. Their energetic tunes are sure to get everyone in the mood for a great evening.
Parks & Recreation manager Jeffrey Grabe highlighted the community aspect of the event, stating, “This is a fantastic way to support local food vendors, enjoy great performances, and create memories with friends and family.” Food Truck Fridays truly aim to bring people together and foster a sense of community.
Families are encouraged to come prepared—bring your chairs or blankets for a comfortable evening at the park. It’s a perfect outing for friends and families seeking a fun night filled with food and music.
According to a recent survey by the National Association of Towns and Townships, community events like Food Truck Fridays significantly boost local economies and strengthen community bonds. By supporting local vendors, attendees help build a more vibrant and connected community.
